Three Achievement Managers Required
We wish to recruit three creative individuals to work with members of the teaching staff in providing support and motivation to our students through counselling and coaching. The ability to establish clear expectations of good behaviour and student achievement is vital. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and proven experience of working with young people and their families. Areas of focus will include working with students with complex needs.
This is a permanent position. Salary is based on Bristol Grade 9 (£23,398 full time equivalent). The actual pro rata salary will be £20,820 per annum.
Hours of work will be 37 per week, from 8.15am until 4.15pm four days per week, and from 8.30am until 4.00pm one day per week. These timings are inclusive of half an hour daily for lunch. There will be a requirement to work all five INSET days, plus five days.
